Get a quote for your business01 / The business reason
Why this can make a difference.
When the same task happens every day, small delays add up. I help map the process, remove unnecessary steps and connect the parts that can run reliably. We start with a useful workflow and choose an existing tool or a custom solution to fit it.
Capture information once
Bring agreed enquiry sources into a usable record so the team can avoid repeating the same entry.
Make the next action visible
A named owner, status and due date help a suitable enquiry keep moving through the business.
Free time for judgement
Let a system prepare routine reminders or summaries while people handle exceptions and customer decisions.
02 / In practice
Illustrative example · A small consultancy
A good enquiry should not depend on memory.
Requests arrive through a form and email. Some are copied into a sheet; others remain in an inbox. Nobody can quickly see which proposals need a reply.
Agreed sources feed one enquiry register. Each entry has an owner, status and next-action date. A reminder points the team to outstanding work.
The system helps people follow through. It does not qualify every enquiry or close a sale on its own.
03 / The work involved
What we can put in place.
The final scope is tailored to your setup. These are the pieces we discuss and agree before work starts.
- A mapped workflow
- Document the repeated task, information needed, responsible people and exceptions.
- A proportionate setup
- Configure suitable existing tools or build a small custom application when there is a clear reason.
- Connected actions
- Agreed capture, routing, reminders or reports with delivery checks and failure handling.
- Training and control
- Explain everyday use, access, data export and the manual fallback when something needs attention.
04 / Working together
A clear way forward.
- 01
Measure the task
We observe the current process and record effort, delays and common mistakes.
- 02
Run a small pilot
We automate an agreed part and test real scenarios, including failures and exceptions.
- 03
Review actual use
We check time saved after oversight, staff adoption and whether the process is more dependable.
How we judge the value
Look for useful change.
We agree what matters at the start, then review evidence from your business.
- How much time does the task take, including checks and exceptions?
- Are fewer follow-ups overdue or enquiries left without an owner?
- Can staff use the system and recover when a connection fails?

A few fair questions.
Do I need custom software?
Often, no. A checklist, shared register or existing product may do the job. Custom work makes sense when your workflow, access needs or reporting cannot be handled well by a simpler option.
Can this send WhatsApp reminders?
We can assess a supported messaging setup as part of the scope. It needs the right provider, permissions, approved message flow and operating costs. A normal WhatsApp contact link is not an automated messaging system.
What happens if the automation stops?
We agree how failures are noticed, who investigates and how staff continue manually. Access, export and support responsibilities form part of the handover.
